Product Questions

Yes, they are! We manufacture our products so that the quality is in our control and we can ensure that our products are not compromised.

Our sheets are single-ply, which means that a single yarn is twisted to make a single thread that is then woven into the fabric, making the product softer.

The fitted sheets fit up to an 18” mattress.

The 3-piece Duvet Cover Set includes a duvet cover and two pillow shams.

A flat sheet, a fitted sheet, and two pillowcases.

We manufacture most of our products in house. Our Egyptian Cotton is sourced directly from the farms in Egypt and manufactured exclusively for us at our partner manufacturing units there. The Bamboo Sheets and Goose Down Products are manufactured at our partner manufacturing units in China.

Order Status

Please click on My Account / Order Status to find all the answers for your order status.

Absolutely! Once in the Order Status page, you can click on “Change quantities / cancel orders" to edit your order. Once the order has begun processing or has shipped, the order cannot be edited. In this event, please contact us so we can straighten this out for you!

Go to the Order Status page and confirm all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with your shipper for delivery confirmation.

If this is still not right, contact us and we will sort it out.

My Account

On the Create Account page, you may enter your first name, last name, email address and the desired password. Once these details are entered, you may click the "Create" button to sign up for a new account.

Click the “My Account/Order Status” link in the footer of our site to edit your account information. Here you can also change or have your password sent to your email.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. We ship Monday to Friday via UPS and USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Shipping and Returns

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may simply return the items in the original condition and in the original factory packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. You can also exchange the item you have purchased within 30 days if you are unhappy with the item. We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund or exchange it with another item. We cannot accept returns/exchange of merchandise that are used, laundered, soiled or packages which are not in original factory packaging. After we have received your return, we will either exchange it with your desired item of the same price or credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the item(s). Royal Egyptian Bedding pays for return shipping only if we send an incorrect or damaged item and if the buyer wants to return or exchange it. If buyer wants to return or exchange the items for any other reasons, the return shipping cost needs to be paid by the buyer.

Note: Return and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased on sale or with a promotional/discount code.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will facilitate an exchange for no additional cost.

Pricing & Billing

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is Virginia.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
